“Advanced Manufacturing Boom Echoes Through Commercial Real Estate”
Commercial Observer commissioned me to create this illustration to accompany its article on what drives the real estate side of the advanced manufacturing boom.
The idea was to sketch out a pair of hands playing a card game with computer chips to show the sense of real estate games of building the microchip manufacturing facilities.
